Action Plan Outline to Establish an Advisory Council

The purpose of the action plan is to deliver best practices to our students and community partners.

Purpose

  • Identification of gaps in learning and support services. Increase in student attendance by 10 percent.
  • Provide historical data and real-time information for adequate and appropriate services needed within the school and community.
  • As a team, staff and community members work together to support our future leaders.
  • As a well-rounded team, we build strong programs together that promote resiliency and self-advocacy.

Council size

  • 16 total members are directly involved in providing direct/indirect serves for our students and families within the community.

Elected chairperson for 2025/2026 school year

  • Tyson at Lapine Community Health Clinic

Membership

  • Each school year applications open up for new members and vote for new chairperson. Memberships can be revoked and require renewal from the counsel each school year.
